Background

Introduction
If you are reading this then you are aware that there is a need for you to create your reality, as we are all God’s “divine sparks” and we all have the power of creation.

You will also be aware that Satan is required to reveal his plans and ask God’s permission before implementing his plans. He asks permission in God’s Court of Heaven, and has been until recently unopposed.

You have no doubt been taught to pray, and generally in silence. A prayer to be effective needs to be targeted and verbal, as the creative power is sound and vibration.

A silent prayer adds nothing to the universe and without target is nothing more than the expression of a desire, it carries little creative effect.

There is a difference between a prayer and a Petitionl. Prayer covers all aspects of requests. A Petition is defined as a formal written request to a court requesting judicial action on a certain matter i.e. petition in prayer is a legal presentation before the Judge, requesting a verdict from Heaven’s Court.

Certain kinds of prayer such as petition best occur not on a battlefield but in a court room. They directly pertain to the setting and processes that occur before the Courts of Heaven and can literally be viewed as legal transactions before the Judge of all the universe.

Courts of Heaven
There are three Heavens:
* Heaven of the Divine Spheres
* Heaven of the Semi-Divine Spheres
* Heaven of the Spheres of Gross Matter

The world we call Earth of one of the 14 Spheres of Gross Matter, the furthest and most dense. 

As above is as below.

The Courts of Heaven operate similar to the legal system we see on Earth. Just like here on Earth, there is more than one type of court in the Courts of Heaven. You might be wondering: which ones are accessible to us?

The Court you are targeting is one in the Heaven of the Divine Spheres, and in particular The Court of Petitions. The highest Court of its type and the one presided over by the Father-Mother God.

Inspiration for this process
This process was inspired by two actions undertaken by the Blessed 2 Teach team in December 2020 and January 2021 (https://blessed2teach.com). With the help of a retired judge they documented an appeal directly to the Court of Heaven, presented as a legal pleading. The two significant events were applications against Satan and associated entities that resulted in:

1.  an ORDER on the 18th December 2020 sent forth from his HOLY THRONE, DECREED and DECLARED on EARTH and in our MILKY WAY GALAXY, THAT ALL deceptive and illegal manoeuvres by the Defendants in this Application cease and desist.

2.ORDERS of the 15th January 2021 against the DEFENDANTS for all who were in breach of your ORDERS to be arrested by Your WARRING ANGELS and bought IMMEDIATELY and SWIFTLY before your THRONE for Your righteous judgement and sentencing according to YOUR WILL.

Which Religion?
This template is based on the Christian religion religion which had its source in Egypt following the destruction of Atlantis, but can be modifed to suit an alterative religion.

What is a Petition to the Court?
Petitioning the court is the act of asking the court to hear a case. You make your petition specific by asking:
• Always ask the Lord’s permission before operating in the Courts of Heaven
• In what areas are you seeking justice?
• What results are you specifically seeking?
• On what basis? Is there legal precedent through God’s word?
• What adversary is preventing you from receiving justice?
• Whom are you seeking justice for?

The Key to the Petition – Your Undertaking
The key to the petition is that you must give something in return. You cannot go as simply ask and offer nothing in return. You must make a genuine and significant commitment in return for the granting of your request.

The Petition Process

First a few notes

• It is very powerful process, and has to be done with good intent.

• It is suggested you have several practice runs reading the document out load.

• once you start you will likely feel a very strong energy that may be overwhelming, pause and compose yourself, there is no time limit.

• It is strongly suggested that you record the session. Not yourselves, but your voice. You can set up a camera and record the sunrise and your words. Do a practice run to ensure that you are recording your words clearly.

• You need something to announce yourself to the court. You can use a trumpet, bell or chiming bowl. It important the sound is significant to you, and distinctive.

• If you don’t feel up to it yourself, you can have someone present on your behalf, and you become the witness.

When & where?

The suggestion is present at sunrise. It will take around 20 minutes to read the petition, if you start 10 minutes before sunrise you will be reading the Relief Sought section with the sun just above the horizon.
Select a quiet location if possible where you will not be disturbed.

Why sunrise?
It symbolises a new dawn and it is the portal to the Courts of Heaven.
There are 14 spheres of gross matter, Earth is the 1st and furthest from God, the sun is the 14th and closest to God. Horus, the son of Osiris, is the lord, or viceroy, of the 14th sphere of gross matter – the Sun. Horus symbolises the medium between Earth and the Cosmic Trinity-God, the visible symbol of Horus was the solar disc. It is not that the sun is God or Horus, rather that the sun as the least dense and closest sphere of gross matter to God is the portal to the Cosmic Trinity-God and the Courts of Heaven.

The Petition process

This is the process:

• If you are recording, start your recording

• If you have a male and female, the female standards on the left of the male. She is the ear to spirt, listens with her eyes closed, and to receive any instructions.

• Start by announcing yourselves (e.g. with a chime from your bowl)

• Call the Court and present the case to the Court.

• Note that in your presentation at paragraph 19, you should kneel as a sign of respect.

• Start around 10 minutes before full sunrise. This should result in the actual Request for Relief occurs when the sun is fully above the horizon.

• Close by swearing the document and signing it.

• Then have your witness read their section and sign the document
